Perusal of earlier order dated 20.03.2023 shows that on that date, last opportunity was given to the learned counsel for the appellant for taking steps for service of notice upon the respondent no. 2 by paper publication subject to payment of cost of Rs. 20,000/-.
The office report dated 29.05.2023 shows that no steps have been taken by the counsel for the appellant for service of notice upon the respondents no. 2. It appears that the appellant does not want to press any relief against the respondent no. 2. Accordingly, the opportunity for taking steps for service of notice upon the respondent no. 2 stands closed.
