The office report dated 17.03.2023 shows that no tracking report has been filed by the learned counsel for the appellant since 2021 to authenticate the service upon the respondent no. 2. However, as last opportunity, a week’s time is granted to the appellant for taking steps for service of notice upon the respondent no. 2 through publication in the newspapers having wide circulation in the area subject to cost of Rs. 20,000/-. The said cost shall be deposited in Bharat Ke Veer Fund. The affidavit of service along with proof of publication be filed by the next date.
