THE APPELLATE TRIBUNAL :
Learned Counsel for the Appellant as well as Respondent No. 1 and 2 are present. Learned Counsel for the Respondent No. 2 submits that in compliance of the order dated 21st April, 2023 he has served the opposition to the Appellant but did not file the same on portal. Accordingly, hard copy which he is trying to file today could not be taken on record.
Learned Counsel for the Respondent No. 2 prays for time as in the order dated 21st April, 2023 it was ordered that if the opposition is not filed within a week, opportunity shall be closed. However, on the request of the Learned Counsel for the Respondent No. 2 opposition may be filed within two weeks with copy to the Appellant who may file

rejoinder within a week thereafter. Cost of Rs. 5,000/(Rupees five thousand) is imposed upon Respondent No. 2 to be deposited to the State Legal Services Authorities.
