THE APPELLATE TRIBUNAL :
Respondent No. 2 submits that he is filing opposition to appeal today but the same is not filed on line hence it could not be taken on record. Copies of the same have been served upon the Appellant and Respondent No. 1. Respondent No. 2 should file opposition as per Rules within a week failing which opportunity shall stand closed. Rejoinder, if any, be filed within a period of three weeks thereafter.
