THE APPELLATE TRIBUNAL :
Learned Counsel for the Appellant as well as Respondent No. 1 and 2 are present. Learned Counsel for the Respondent No. 1 submits that in compliance of the order dated 21st April, 2023 he has served the opposition to the Appellant and Respondent No. 2 but did not file the same on portal. Accordingly, hard copy which he is trying to file today could not be taken on record.
Learned Counsel for the Respondent No. 1 prays for time as in the order dated 21st April, 2023 it was ordered that if the opposition is not filed within a week, opportunity shall be closed. However, on the request of the Learned Counsel for the Respondent No. 1 opposition may be filed
