THE APPELLATE TRIBUNAL :

Copies of the same have been served upon the Appellant and Respondent No. 2. Respondent No. 1 should file opposition as per Rules within a week failing which opportunity shall stand closed. Rejoinder, if any, be filed within a period of three weeks thereafter.
