No. 1025 of 2023 Ashoka Hawai and Shoes Private Limited Versus Indian Overseas Bank and others dated 18^th July,2023 is filed on 30^th August, 2023 wherein the Hon’ble High Court has expected the disposal of pending Appeal within a period of four months from the next date fixed. As would appear from the record this matter was listed on 11^th July, 2023 and was adjourned on the request of the Learned Counsel for the Respondents on personal ground and was listed for 23^rd August, 2023 with a direction that no further adjournment shall be granted.
