THE APPELLATE TRIBUNAL :
Power is filed on behalf of Reliance Asset Reconstruction Co. Ltd. Record shows that reliance Asset Reconstruction Company was impleaded as Respondent on 27th July, 2018 when the State Bank of India informed that the loan has been assigned to the Reliance Asset Reconstruction Company. For about five years Respondent Reliance Asset Reconstruction Company could not file the opposition. Now today again time is being sought for filing opposition. This is an old Appeal of 2017. Learned Counsel submits that she has filed the vakalatnama on 28th June, 2023 only. Let the opposition be filed within a week positively by 7th July, 2023. If the opposition is not filed by 7th July, 2023, it shall not be taken on record. Copy be

served upon the Appellant who may file the rejoinder within a week thereafter.
