THE APPELLATE TRIBUNAL :
In compliance of the order dated 18.01.2023 appellant has made payment of pre-deposit. Accordingly, appeal is admitted and regular appeal number be provided.
In compliance with the order dated 10.02.2023 appellant has filed affidavit on 28.02.2023. Respondent no.3 has filed opposition today which is taken on record.
Learned counsel for the respondent submits that they may be granted time to file counter affidavit since the affidavit was filed by the appellant on 28.02.2023 in compliance of the order dated 10.02.2023. In the interest of justice it would be appropriate to grant some time to file counter affidavit. Respondent may file counter affidavit within 10 days from today.
