THE APPELLATE TRIBUNAL :
Learned counsel for respondent no.2 submits that he could not file opposition due to his personal reason. Since adjournment is sought on personal ground, it is allowed. Learned counsel may file opposition within three days as prayed by him. Learned counsel for respondent no.3 does not want to file opposition to the appeal.
Learned counsel for the appellant submits that three other connected appeals are listed on 27.04.2023. Since present appeal is filed against the impugned order of condonation of delay in filing S.A. wherein delay was condoned by learned DRT is under challeng. Thereafter S.A. was disposed of. Three other connected appeals are filed by the aggrieved parties. Learned counsel submits that fate of this appeal will decide as to whether other three connected appeals are to be heard or not. Appellant may mention the matter on 27.04.2023.
