The office report dated 15.09.2023 shows that no rejoinder has been filed to the reply filed by the respondent-Bank inspite of four opportunities being granted. As last opportunity, let the same be filed by the next date, failing which right to file rejoinder shall stand closed.
Learned counsel for the appellants submits that the appellant no. 2 has expired, therefore, some time may be granted to file substitution application to bring the legal heirs on record.
