M/S Anshika Indane Gramin Vitrak Vs Punjbab National Bank
The Hon’ble Court vide order 29.05.2023,directed the Appellant to deposit 25% of the amount due prior to the next date fixed i.e. 18.09.2023 failing which, the Appeal shall stand dismissed as not maintainable for want of mandatory pre- deposit without further reference to Hon’ble Court.
As per office report dated 15.09.2023 no amount has been deposited by the Appellant till date, as stipulated by the Hon’ble Court.
In view of non compliance of the above order dated 29.05.2023 passed by the Hon’ble Court, the Appeal is treated to have been dismissed.
