The office report dated 05.12.2023 shows that no rejoinder has been filed to the reply filed by the respondent-Bank inspite of last opportunity being granted vide order dated 15.09.2023. Accordingly, right of the appellant to file rejoinder stands closed.
The said report further shows that no substitution application has been filed by the appellant. Let the same be filed within a week, failing which the matter will proceed for hearing.
