Learned counsel for the appellant submits that the arguing counsel Shri A. K. Jaiswal is out of station, therefore, he is unable to appear before this Tribunal today, hence he seeks adjournment.
Learned counsel for the respondent-Auction Purchaser submits that he has purchased the property in question in year of 2014 and entire auction amount has been deposited.
Learned counsel for the respondents-Guarantors submits that he is ready to deposit entire amount due and auction has been set aside.
Be that as it may, list this case on 07.07.2023 for hearing. On the next date, the matter will not be adjourned.
