Smt. Malti Singh Chauhan Vs. State Bank of India & Ors. Present: None for the appellant,

The office report dated 17.02.2023 shows that notices sent to the respondent nos. 1, 2 & 3 have returned back with remark “no such person is available on the given address”. The said report further shows that neither A.D. Card nor envelop has returned back with regard to the respondent no. 4.

Shri Sandeep Arora, Advocate has put in appearance on behalf of the respondent-Bank and submitted that copy of memo of appeal has not been given to him.

Learned counsel for the appellant is directed to take fresh steps within 10 days for service of notice upon the remaining respondents through publication in the newspaper having wide circulation in the area. Affidavit of service along with proof of publication be filed by the next date.

Learned counsel for the respondent-Bank shall inform the learned counsel for the appellant about the order passed today in writing within 48 hours.

Learned counsel for the appellant is also directed to supply a copy of memo along with its annexures to the counsel for the respondent-bank within 48 hours.
