The report of the Registrar dated 20.05.2022 shows that the appellant is neither borrower nor guarantor, therefore, no pre-deposit is required to be made.
Learned counsel for the appellant submits that the arguing counsel Shri Ajay Kumar Sharma is indisposed today, therefore, he is unable to appear and seeks time.
Issue notice to the respondents on the delay condonation by two modes i.e. Registered Post with A.D. and Speed Post. Steps to be taken by the appellant within a week. Affidavit of service along with tracking report be filed by the next date.
