The Appellants have filed this appeal challenging the impugned order dated 12.03.2018 in Securitisation Application (S.A.) No. 35 of 2017 on the files of the Debts Recovery Tribunal-III, Mumbai (D.R.T.). The appeal has been pending since 2019 and there is no representation for the Appellants.
I assume that the Appellants are not keen on prosecuting the appeal.
