It is submitted that the matter has been settled between the parties and the Appellant has paid the entire debt due and payable to the Respondent Bank.
The Ld. Counsel appearing for the Respondent Bank has no objection to allowing the appeal in terms of prayer (a) of the reliefs and has made an endorsement to that effect under instructions.
Hence, the appeal is allowed as settled and the impugned order in S.A. No. 632/2016 on the files of D.R.T, II- Mumbai stands set aside.
