Heard both sides.
It is represented that Appeal is preferred against dismissal of SA 116/2022 on the file of DRT-I, Bangalore which is filed to set aside Sale. It is submitted that property was already sold but possession is still with the borrower. Advocate for appellant submitted that entire amount due as per Sale Notice is paid and there is dispute with regard to acceptance of that amount. Added to that, appellant deposited predeposit ordered by this Tribunal and complied with the condition.
As appellant is apprehending dispossession of property, I am of the view that to protect interests of both sides, both parties shall maintain status quo until further orders.
Application is ordered accordingly.
