THE APPELLATE TRIBUNAL
Learned Counsel for the Appellant submits that he has been engaged by the Appellant today. The matter may be adjourned. Record shows that this is an appeal of 2013 wherein Appellant is enjoying an interim order. On the last date also direction was issued that the matter shall not be adjourned. However, on the request of the Learned Counsel for the Appellant, list the matter tomorrow i.e. on 13th April, 2023 for hearing. It is made clear that if arguments are not placed by the Appellant tomorrow, the matter shall be disposed of on merits.
