THE APPELLATE TRIBUNAL :
It appears that the amendment was not carried out in compliance of the order passed in I.A. No. 70 of 2022. It is an old appeal of 2013. It appears that the Appellant is litigating luxurious litigation. Learned Counsel for the Appellant prays for time to carry out the amendment in accordance with the order s. Accordingly, the matter is adjourned subject to payment of cost of Rs.10,000/(Rupees ten thousand) to be deposited in favour of State Legal Services Authorities. Thereafter, necessary amendment should be made. Since it is a very old appeal, list on 27th March, 2023.
