The office report dated 20.01.2023 shows that in spite of the order dated 12.10.2022, no steps have been taken by the learned counsel for the appellant for service of notice upon the respondent no. 3 by paper publication. As last opportunity, let the steps be taken by the appellant within 10 days as per order dated 21.07.2022, failing which appropriate order shall be passed, as the appeal pertains to the year 2018. The said report further shows that reply has been filed on behalf of the respondent no. 2, to which the appellant may file rejoinder by the next date.
A mention has been made by the learned counsel for the appellant that the arguing counsel Shri Swayambhoo Chandranshul could not come from Lucknow, therefore, he is unable to appear before this Tribunal today, hence he prays for adjournment.
