Since the present appeal as well as Appeal No. 27 of 2023 relates to the same property, hence, it is in the interest of justice that both the appeals be heard and disposed of on the same date.
It is submitted by the Learned Counsel for the parties that there is an interim order in Appeal No. 27 of 2023 regarding the same property. Accordingly, parties shall maintain status quo in this matter also.
Appellant should also serve copy of the Memo of Appeal in respect of Appeal No. 27 of 2023 to the Respondents in course of the day.
Accordingly, I.A. 115 of 2023, I.A. 116 of 2023 and I.A. 117 of 2023 stand disposed of.
Respondents may file opposition within a period of three weeks with advance copy to the Appellant. Rejoinder, if any, be filed within a week thereafter.
