THE APPELLATE TRIBUNAL :
Heard the Learned Counsel for the parties and perused the record. Instant Appeal has been preferred against an order dated 03.01.2020 passed by DRT-1 Kolkata. It appears that challenging the said order, Appellant preferred a Writ Petition Application W.P.A. No. 20940 of 2021 Sri Ramesh Agarwal and another Vs. The Authorised Officer, Canara Bank, Chinsurah wherein Hon’ble High Court vide order dated 02.03.2022 held that “This Court is of the view that there is no infirmity in the steps taken by the bank and no relief can be granted to the writ petitioner in the instant proceeding.”
With the above observations the writ petition is dismissed. Impugned order has already been confirmed by

the Hon’ble High Court in the Writ Petition. Hence, this Appeal has no force and is accordingly, dismissed.
Pending I.A.s if any, are disposed of accordingly. Interim order, if any, stands vacated.
Copy of the order be supplied to the Appellant and the Respondent and the copy be also forwarded to the concerned DRT.
File be consigned to Record Room.
