When the matter was fixed on 04.11.2022, the learned counsel for the respondents-borrowers submitted that he would file reply during course of the day after serving copy of the same upon the counsel for the appellant, therefore, time for filing rejoinder was granted to the appellant. However, the office report dated 30.01.2023 shows that no reply has been filed by the respondent nos. 1 & 2-Bank, but the reply of the respondent nos. 3 to 7 is on record, to which no rejoinder has been filed by the appellant. Let the reply by the respondent nos. 1 & 2 and rejoinder by the appellant to the reply of the respondent nos. 3 to 7 be filed by the next date.
List this case on 20.04.2023 for reply. Till then the interim order, if any, shall remain operative.
