Present: Shri N. K. Dwivedi, Advocate holding brief of Shri Vandeep, counsel for the appellants, None for the respondent,
Vide earlier order dated 04.11.2022 of this Tribunal, last opportunity was granted to the respondent for filing reply, but the office report dated 30.01.2023 shows that no reply has been filed by the respondent despite several opportunities being granted. Accordingly, the right of the respondent to file reply stands closed, as the appeal is of year 2019.
A mention has been made on behalf of the learned counsel for the appellant that the arguing counsel Shri Vandeep is indisposed, therefore, he is unable to appear before this Tribunal today, hence he prays for adjournment.
