Shri V. K. Pandey, counsel for the respondent nos. 3 to 7- Borrowers,
Learned counsel for the respondent-Bank submits that the the property in question has already been auctioned and possession of the same has been handed over to the auction purchasers and sale deed has also been executed in favour of the auction purchasers, therefore, the learned counsel prays that till next date, the interest of the appellant may be protected.
In view of the above, till the next date of hearing, the status quo qua the property in question, as it exists today, be maintained by all the parties concerned.
