Learned Counsel for the Appellant submits that an amount of approximately Rs.12.00 crore is involved in this matter. Time is being sought for only to drag the matter. It is a part heard matter. Matter was heard on 15th March, 2023. Today Learned Counsel for the Appellant is prepared to argue the matter. Since there is a request by the Learned Counsel for the Respondent seeking liberty to file supplementary affidavit, the matter is adjourned for the day subject to payment of Rs.50,000.00 (Rupees fifty thousand) only as costs to be deposited with the State Legal Services Authorities.
