Heard the Learned Counsel for the parties. This is an application for transfer of the matter from the file of DRT-3 Kolkata to DRT-1 Kolkata on the ground that no Presiding Officer is posted in DRT-3 Kolkata. Further charge is not assigned to any other DRT.
Vide notification No. 7/1/2021-DRT dated 20.03.2023, charge of DRT-3 Kolkata has been assigned to DRT -1 Kolkata. Accordingly, Learned Counsel for the Applicant may press his prayer before the Ld. DRT-1 Kolkata. Learned Counsel for the parties submits that in this matter auction has taken place. Sale amount deposited. Only sale is to be confirmed by the Ld. DRT. In such circumstances, it is

expected that the Ld. Presiding Officer DRT-1 Kolkata shall take up the matter expeditiously preferably either on 24th March 2023 or on 27th March, 2023 as per his convenience.
