Heard the Learned Counsel for the Appellant and perused the record.
This is an application for transfer of S.A. No. 72 of 2023 from the file of DRT-2 Kolkata to any other DRT on the ground that charge of the DRT-2 Kolkata is not assigned to any other DRT.
Vide notification No. 7/1/2021-DRT dated 20.03.2023 charge of DRT-2 Kolkata has been assigned to DRT Siliguri. Accordingly, Application has become infructuous. Learned Counsel for the Applicant may press her application before Ld. DRT Siliguri being in charge of Ld. DRT-2 Kolkata. Learned Counsel for the Appellant submits that the alleged scheme is going to expire on 31st March, 2023. Ld. DRT
