Learned counsel for the appellant submits that entire argument has already been advanced and main contention is that the sale notice was never served upon the appellant.
Learned counsel for the respondent-bank submits that the Bank is unable to trace the same and he seeks time to produce the same. As last opportunity, let the same be filed by the next date.
It is made clear that the matter will not be adjourned on the next date as the appeal is of year 2018.
As prayed, list this case on 07.07.2023 for hearing. Till then the interim order, if any, shall continue.
