Learned counsel for the appellant submits that there is no record to show the service of sale notice upon them.
Learned counsel for the respondent-Bank submits that the arguing counsel Shri P. N. Dixit is indisposed today, therefore, he is unable to appear before this court, hence seeks adjournment.
Learned counsel for the appellant submits that there is only question in the present case that the service of sale notice upon the appellant-Borrower has been made or not.
As prayed by the counsels for the respondents, list this case for hearing on 13.07.2022. Till then the interim order, if any, shall continue.
