THE APPELLATE TRIBUNAL :
Learned counsel for the respondent submits that time may be granted to file opposition. Record shows that appeal was filed in 2019. It is also on record that appeal was admitted on the last date i.e. 02.02.2023, but it could not be the ground for seeking time to file opposition. However, on the request of the learned counsel for the respondents two weeks’ time is granted to file opposition subject to payment of Rs.5,000/- (Rupees Five Thousand) as costs to be deposited to State Legal Services authority. Rejoinder be filed within two weeks thereafter.
