His daughter, Ms. Valluri Sree Sai Datta Lahari, is represented through Mr. B. Chandrasen Reddy, Learned Counsel. No formal objection is required. Accordingly, substitution application being I.A. No. 50 of 2023 is allowed. Amendment be carried out within a period of two weeks. Vakalatnama of substituted Respondent No. 2 is already filed.Opposition if any, be filed within a period of four weeks with copy to the Appellant who may file rejoinder within two weeks thereafter.
