THE APPELLATE TRIBUNAL :
It is reported that regular Appeal No. 44 of 2020, Appeal No. 16 of 2019, Appeal No. 13 of 2019 and Appeal No. 18 of 2019 are wrongly listed today as they are listed on 3rd February, 2023. It is reported that Respondent No. 2 Valluri Datatreya Uma Sanker has expired. Necessary steps for substitution be taken by 3rd February, 2023.
It is further submitted that Andhra Bank has been merged with Union Bank of India. Necessary amendment be carried out in the memo of Appeal by the Appellant.
