THE APPELLATE TRIBUNAL :
Learned Counsel submits that notice is sent to the Respondent but is received back for incomplete address. It is submitted that notice was sent to the Respondent on the address mentioned in the SARFAESI Application, hence prays for service through paper publication.
Service upon the sole Respondent be carried out by way of paper publication to be published in two widely circulated local daily newspapers; one in English and the other in vernacular language, and file affidavit-of-service within three weeks.
