Heard the Learned Counsel for Appellant as well as Respondents No. 2 to 4. It is submitted that Learned DRT, Cuttack heard the matter and reserved for judgment on 11^th July, 2023. Since then neither any date is fixed nor judgment is delivered.

In such circumstances, let a report be called for from the Registry, DRT Cuttack about the status of S.A. 50 of 2021 along with a copy of the order sheets from 11^th July, 2023 till date. He should also submit a report as to whether after 11^th July, 2023 any date was fixed with notice to the parties or not. If not, why the matter is kept undated for such a long time.
