The Ld. Counsel for the Respondent Bank is directed to file a reply on the regular Appeal No. 12/2020 within three weeks, positively. If no reply is filed, it will be considered as that the Respondent has no reply.
The Ld. Counsel appearing for the Appellant submits that the Appellant is even ready for settlement if the Bank is willing to consider the proposal made. Hence the Ld. Counsel for the Respondent Bank is directed to instruct his client to be amenable to a settlement if it is viable.
