It appears that when the matter was taken up on 17.10.2022, the learned counsel for the respondent-bank had stated that he shall give the statement of account on the next date with regard to the amount, which has been deposited with the Bank by the appellant.
Today, a mentioned has been made by the learned counsel for the respondent-Bank that the arguing counsel Shri Rakesh Mishra is out of station, therefore, he is unable to appear before this Tribunal today, hence he prays for adjournment.
List this case on 28.03.2023, by which time the learned counsel for the respondent-bank may comply with the earlier order dated 17.10.2022 of this Tribunal.
