THE APPELLATE TRIBUNAL :
The matter is taken up in the revised list. Respondent is also directed that the Bank’s Authorised officer should appear in person and bring the upto date statement of account before the Tribunal on the next date of listing. Ld Counsel for the Appellant submits that the Appellant has LIC Policy in his favour for an amount of Rs. 4 lacs which is liquidated by the Bank.
