THE APPELLATE TRIBUNAL :
Statement of account is submitted today by the learned counsel for the respondent bank. It is submitted that LIC policy was adjusted in the loan account on 22.06.2018. As far as debt due as on date is concerned no document is filed. Respondent is hereby directed to file affidavit stating the debt due as on date including unexploited interest along with statement of accounts.
Opposition filed today is taken on record. Rejoinder, if any, be filed within two weeks.
