THE APPELLATE TRIBUNAL :

At the very outset Learned Counsel for the Respondent submits that the secured assets were auctioned. But the auction purchasers are not impleaded as a party. Today details of the auction purchasers are provided by the Learned Counsel for the Respondents to the Appellant. Appellants are directed to implead the auction purchaser as Respondent within a week. Thereafter, notices be issued to the auction purchaser. Affidavit of service be filed within two weeks.

Opposition may be filed within two weeks thereafter by the Respondent Nos. 1 and 2 as well as auction purchasers with copy to the Appellant who may file the rejoinder if any, within two weeks thereafter.

Let the Appeal be registered as regular appeal by providing a regular appeal number. List on 4^th October, 2023 for hearing of Appeal.
