THE APPELLATE TRIBUNAL :
The matter was heard on 12th October, 2023. The Respondent No. 3 may file the opposition to the Application under Section 5 of the Limitation Act within two weeks with copy to the Appellant who may file the rejoinder within two weeks thereafter.
As far as issue of stay in the light of the case law relied upon by the Appellant is concerned, since objections have to be filed by the Respondent, it would be taken care of at the time of hearing.
