Shri S. K. Srivastava, Advocate has put in appearance on behalf of the respondent-Bank, stating that he has not been served with the copy of appeal. Learned counsel for the appellant submits that he shall serve the same upon the counsel for the respondent-Bank during course of the day, who may file reply by the next date fixed.

Learned counsel for the respondent nos. 5 & 6 files reply after serving copy of the same upon the counsel for the appellant, who may file rejoinder by the next date.

The said report also records that no proof of publication has been filed for the respondent nos. 3 & 4. Let the same be filed by the next date, failing which appropriate order shall be passed.
