Present: Shri B. K. Kesharwani, counsel for the appellant,
Pursuant to the earlier order dated 16.08.2021, notices were issued and the office report dated 31.05.2022 shows that affidavit of service has been filed along with tracking report, according to which the respondent nos. 1 & 2 have been served. For the respondent nos. 5 & 6, it is reported that “the door was locked” and thus unserved. With regard to the respondent no. 3, the notices have returned back with endorsement “the addressee does not reside at the address”, on which the notices were sent. The notice sent to the respondent no. 4 has been returned back with endorsement “incorrect address”.
Let fresh steps be taken by the counsel for the appellant within 10 days for service of notice upon the respondent nos. 3, 4, 5 & 6 by publication in the newspapers having wide circulation in the area. Affidavit along with proof of publication be filed by the next date.
