It has been intimated by the learned counsel for the respondent-Bank that T.A No. 473/2002 has finally been decided, as the present appeal has been filed against the interim order, which has now merged with the final order, therefore, the same has become infructous, hence the same may be dismissed as infructuous. The said averment has not been objected to by the learned counsel for the appellant.
In view of the above, the present appeal is dismissed as having become infructuous.
