The matters were taken up for hearing by way of a Praecipe filed by the Appellant seeking urgent relief.
The Ld. Counsel appearing for Respondent submits that an application is being filed invoking the arbitration clause u/s 8 of the Arbitration Act but those applications in these appeals have not come up for hearing because some defects have been pointed out by the office.
The Ld. Counsel appearing for the Applicant/Respondent is directed to cure those defects and on doing so, the applications shall be put up for hearing.
The applications for stay also would be considered together with those applications for invoking the arbitration clause.
Post on 22.06.2023 for hearing.
