The matter is taken up for hearing by way of Praecipe filed by the Appellant for seeking urgent relief.
Misc. Appeal No. 161/2022 was disposed of by this Tribunal vide order dated 17.01.2023 directing the Debts Recovery Tribunal, Aurangabad(D.R.T.) to dispose of Securitization Application (S.A) No. 417/2022 expeditiously at any rate within a period of two months from the date of receipt of the order of this Tribunal.
It is submitted by the Ld. Counsel appearing for the applicant that the hearing of the application has progressed but the disposal of the S.A. would take some more time and therefore, both the parties have mutually agreed to seek an extension of the time fixed by this Tribunal for disposal of the S.A.
Notice has been served on the Respondent but none appears.
The application is therefore allowed and the period fixed by this Tribunal to disposal of the S.A. No. 417/2022 is extended further by another two months.
