All three appeals have been filed with a delay of one day. The reasons stated in the applications for condonation of delay is that there was some technical glitch because of which they could not upload their files.
The applications have been opposed by the Ld. Counsel appearing for the Respondent. On hearing both sides and on going through the reasons stated in the application, I find that the delay needs to be condoned. The delay in all three appeals is condoned. The Registry is directed to take the appeals on file if there are no other defects. The respondent may file replies to the main appeals.
Post on 28.03.2023 before Registrar.
