The matter is taken up for hearing by way of a praecipe filed by the Appellant for seeking urgent relief.
The Appellant has come up with this appeal for an extension of time to dispose of the S.A. as per the direction of this Tribunal vide order dated 18.10.2023.
It is now submitted that the service of notice on defendants Nos. 2 and 3 has not been completed and the Appellant intended to take steps for substitution of service on the unserved defendants.
The Applicant is directed to take steps expeditiously. Because the service is not complete it is not possible to dispose of the S.A.
The time fixed for disposal of the S.A. is extended for another period of two months from today.
Interim orders, if any, shall continue as already directed. Sd/-
